At Arabic Coffee, we believe that the customer experience begins from the moment you order, and we work to deliver it to your door with the utmost precision and care.

1. Preparing orders

We process and prepare orders within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time.

2. Delivery fees

Within the United Arab Emirates

Delivery fees vary depending on the area.
No additional fees apply if the pickup is cancelled.

Gulf Cooperation Council countries

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the delivery location.

3. Expected delivery time

Within the UAE: within 1-3 working days
Gulf countries: within 5-7 working days

The duration may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as customs or logistical delays beyond our control.

4. Confirm shipment and track order

After shipping, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing the tracking number so you can follow the shipment at all stages.

5. International Shipping

We currently deliver to GCC countries only.
To ship to other countries, please contact us directly to discuss available options.

Please note that cash on delivery is not available for shipments outside the UAE.

6. Important Notes

Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties or local taxes may apply to international orders and are borne by the customer according to their country's laws.

In case of shipment damage
Please contact us directly and send us photos of the damage along with your order number, and we will do what is necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
