Return and Exchange Policy

At Arabic Coffee, we are keen to ensure that our products reach you with the best quality and highest standards.
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of coffee or any food product once opened or used, in order to preserve quality and consumer safety.

You can request a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

1. The product arrived damaged or defective.
2. There is an error in the order (a different product than what was ordered).
3. Return/Exchange Terms:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be in its original condition, unopened and fully packaged.
Attach a photo and video that illustrates the problem.

Products that are not returnable or exchangeable:
1. Ground coffee or beans after opening the package.
2. Special requests or customized boxes.
