We process and prepare orders within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time.
Within the United Arab Emirates
Delivery fees vary depending on the area.
No additional fees apply in case of cancellation of receipt.
Gulf Cooperation Council countries
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the delivery location.
Within the UAE: within 1-3 working days
Gulf countries: within 5-7 working days
The duration may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as customs or logistical delays beyond our control.
After shipping, a message will be sent via email or WhatsApp containing the tracking number so that you can follow the shipment at all stages.
We currently deliver to GCC countries only.
For shipping to other countries, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
Please note that cash on delivery is not available for shipments outside the UAE.
Customs duties and taxes
Customs duties or local taxes may be imposed on international orders, and are borne by the customer according to the laws of his country.
In case of shipment damage
